The Village of River Forest is in receipt of the Board's order directing it to file an

amended petition on or before July 3, 2006

. After consultation with IEPA representatives and our

consultant, Environmental Solutions, the Village Administrator has elected not to take further

action regarding the appeal

. Accordingly, we request that the matter be removed from the

Board's docket .
