HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 22, 2006, respondent filed a motion for clarification of the hearing officer order
dated June 19, 2006 or, in the alternative, for immediate telephonic status conference. Since it
appears that there has been miscommunication between the parties and the hearing officer, the
hearing officer grants the request for immediate status conference.
While the hearing officer had not previously set a deadline for complainant to file an
amended complaint and motion for leave to file an amended complaint, a deadline can be
discussed at the next status conference. Complainant should be prepared to identify the new
allegations to be included in any amended complaint.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on July 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
