    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 27, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have made progress toward settlement, and discussions will
    continue.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 29, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    The statutory decision deadline is February 25, 2007.
