HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 27, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent has almost finished work at the site, and complainant
will conduct another inspection. The parties continue to discuss penalty amount.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on July 31, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
