    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 27, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Last month, petitioner resubmitted the final request for the reimbursement
    amount to which the parties agreed. Respondent’s attorney did not know the status of that
    request, but will find out before the next telephone conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on July 27, 2006 . The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
