HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 27, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner continues to work with respondent’s technical unit, and the parties are
optimistic that this matter may soon be resolved.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on August 29, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
