HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 26, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have agreed to a penalty amount, and complainant is
preparing a proposed stipulation and settlement agreement. If the agreement is filed with
the Board before the next status conference, that meeting shall be cancelled with no
further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 25, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
