HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 26, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties continue to wait for the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency’s approval of the proposed remediation plan.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 28, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
