    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 20, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Complainant disagrees with respondents’ assertion that this matter
    involves a single site. Respondents are considering whether to move for summary
    judgment on this issue.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 24, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the complainant.
