HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 19, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is reviewing respondent’s proposed settlement letter to determine
whether any changes are needed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on July 24, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
