    On June 19, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant plans to file an amended complaint within the next 14 days, and
    respondent plans to object to the amended complaint. Additionally, respondent plans to file a
    motion for summary judgment on the remaining count in this matter.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 31, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
