HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 19, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to exchange written discovery. Depositions will be taken
next month for a related circuit court case, and some of that discovery may be used in this matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 14, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
