HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 16, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is still waiting for the final settlement letter from respondent’s
technical unit.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 16, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
