HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 15,, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. Hearing dates were discussed. Due to the parties apparent uncertainty of
witness availability regarding particular hearing dates that were discussed, the parties are
directed to inform the hearing officer at the telephonic status conference noted below, when their
respective witnesses will be available from July 18, 2006 through September 15, 2006. It was
suggested that a bifurcated hearing may be necessary due to the unavailability of some of the
witnesses.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 20, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matters and their readiness for hearing.
