POST-HEARING COMMENTS OF THE
ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
NOW COMES the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency ("Illinois EPA" or
"Agency") by and through one of its attorneys, Annet C . Godiksen, and hereby
respectfully submits its Post-Hearing comments to the Illinois Pollution control Board
("Board") in the above-captioned regulatory proceeding .
In response to the Board's questions pertaining to outreach to solvent retailers
during the first hearing held on April 19, 2006, the Agency conducted an additional
outreach effort directed towards retailers of solvent
. At the request of the Board, the
Agency is reporting on the outcome of that May 15, 2006, outreach effort . The result of
the May 15, 2006, outreach effort resulted in one association requesting to be added to
the Agency's mailing list for future related proposed rulemakings .
