HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 15, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that it has recently received a firm offer from the
respondents and that it is under review. By agreement, all discovery must be completed on or
before August 14, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on August 14, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
