HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 15, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss the sound barrier remedies. Respondent is
concerned that the solution presented by complainant’s expert may not adequately solve the
problem. Respondent is in the process of getting estimates for other sound wall options.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 31, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
