HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 8, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties were directed to explore witness availability for possible
hearing dates of July 10 through July 13, 2006, or July 17 through July 20, 2006, at the
previous status conference. The complainant represented that its witness would be
unavailable for the week of July 10, 2006. The respondents indicated that their
respective witnesses would be available the week of July 10, 2006. Conversely, the
complainant represented that its witness would be available the week of July 17, 2006,
but the respondents represented their respective witnesses would not. The parties were
directed to explore the possibility of a hearing at the end of August or in the month of
September 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on June 15, 2006, at 1:15 p.m. Please note the
time change. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but
each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference,
the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their
readiness for hearing.
