HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 12, 2006, complainants participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainants have not received the geothermal and
sound wall proposals, and they are frustrated with the progress of the case. Respondent is
directed to contact complainants before the next status conference to update them on the
situation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 3:00 p.m. on July 12, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainants.
