    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 13, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Additional testing may be done in response to a request from the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency. If the testing is needed, the parties hope to have the results
    by the next status conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on September 12, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
