    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 13, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner continues to wait for respondent’s
    management to finalize the tentative agreement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 13, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
