HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 12, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are not discussing settlement. Mr. Borgsmiller will retain
legal counsel for Sports Blast, L.L.C. by the next status conference. At the next status
conference, the parties should be prepared to set initial discovery deadlines.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on August 15, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainants.
