HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 12, 2006, complainant and respondent First Choice Construction
participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer. These two parties
are making progress toward settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on August 14, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
