HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 8, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Petitioners are reviewing the recommendation from the Federal Aviation Authority, and
are considering its impact on this permit appeal. At the next status conference, petitioner will be
asked to file another deadline waiver or set this case for hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on August 8, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioners.
The decision deadline for this case is November 16, 2006.
