HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 8, 2006, a telephonic status conference with the hearing officer was held. The
respondent did not appear due to a scheduling conflict. The complainant requested that the status
conference be continued. The complainant represented that it may file a motion to compel in the
near future.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 15, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
