HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 8, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic conference with the hearing
officer. The respondents made an oral motion for an extension of time to file their respective
post-hearing briefs. The petitioners had no objection. Respondents’ motion is granted.
Respondent’s post-hearing briefs are due to be filed on or before June 30, 2006, and petitioners’
reply, if any, is due to be filed on or before July 21, 2006.
