HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 6, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Complainant just sent respondent’s attorney revised language for the settlement
agreement. If the proposed agreement is filed with the Board before the next status conference,
the status conference shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
