HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 5, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. The parties are discussing this matter. Respondent has requested information regarding
the bioremediation, and petitioner has trade secret concerns.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on August 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
