HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 5, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. The parties continue to discuss bioremediation, and are waiting for comments from
respondent’s technical unit.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on August 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
