officer. Respondent’s technical unit continues its review of the amended budget.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on August 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
