HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 5, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that settlement discussions continue and several
issues, including ability to pay, have been discussed. The complainant represented that this
matter is related to the respondent’s permit application presently pending before the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency. By agreement, respondent’s answer is now due to be filed on
or before
July 14, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 10, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
