    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 1, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. Hearing dates were discussed again, including the possible hearing dates for
    September 18 through the 21, 2006. The respondent represented that one of its witnesses, Mike
    McDermont, would not be available for those dates, or for all of October 2006. The respondent
    was directed to file an affidavit of McDermont’s unavailability on or before June 13, 2006.
        
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on June 15, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
    the above-captioned matters and their readiness for hearing.
