HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 5, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Respondent did not appear. The relevant hearing in Lawrence county circuit court has
been pushed back to the end of this month. Petitioner has submitted to respondent a settlement
proposal that addresses the land farm closure and consent order revisions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 17, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
