HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 1, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached tentative settlement agreements, and are
working on specific language.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 1, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
