HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 1, 2006, the petitioner and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer. The Village of Saybrook
did not appear. A hearing was set for August 9, 2006. Petitioner is directed to file written
responses to the Board’s questions by July 26, 2006. The Board’s questions are set forth in the
hearing officer order dated May 4, 2006.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 25, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
