HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 24, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. The parties
represented that respective stipulations and proposal for settlements (stipulation) are
being circulated for review. To that end, it was agreed that answers are now due to be
filed on or before August 11, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a
telephonic status conference with the hearing officer on July 27, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further notice.
