HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 18, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that discovery is proceeding but that complainants failed
to disclose their opinion witnesses and opinions by the April 15, 2006 deadline. To that end,
complainants were given to June 1, 2006, to disclose their opinion witnesses and opinions.
Respondent was given to July 21, 2006, to disclose its opinion witnesses and opinions.
Depositions must be completed on or before August 18, 2006. All discovery must be completed
on or before August 18, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 13, 2006, at 10:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
