HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 31, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The
respondent represented that it will issue a no further remediation letter on or before June
2, 2006. Upon receipt, the petitioner will file a motion to voluntarily withdraw the
above-captioned matter.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on June 15, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily withdraw is filed prior to the next status
conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
