HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 30, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The site has been cleaned, and complainant will send respondent a
proposed stipulation and settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 18, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
