HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 30, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent Harrison recently had major surgery, and his attorney
has requested additional time for Mr. Harrison to decide whether to settle or proceed to
hearing. The request is granted.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 18, 2006. The call shall be initiated by the
complainant, and both the complainant and the hearing officer will call the respondents’
attorneys.
