    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
    On March 9, 2006, Kerr McGee Chemical LLC (Kerr McGee) filed a motion for
    summary judgment with the Board and on May 11, 2006 a motion to withdraw the motion for
    summary judgment. Also, on March 17, 2006, Kerr McGee filed a motion to amend the caption.
    Kerr McGee’s name was changed on September 15, 2005, to Tronox LLC. The Board grants the
    motion to withdraw and the motion to amend the caption. The Board directs the clerk to change
    Kerr McGee to Tronox LLC, beginning with this order.
