HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 24, 2006, the petitioner represented that a stipulation and proposal for settlement
has been filed in the related enforcement matter before the Board and once accepted, it will file a
motion to voluntarily dismiss this matter. The petitioner also represented that it will file a 60-
day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 20, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At
the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss this matter is
filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
