HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 22, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are awaiting approval of the proposed settlement agreement from the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 24, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
