    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 22, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. The parties have scheduled a meeting to discuss the possibility of
    settlement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 13, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the petitioner.
     
    The statutory decision deadline is September 21, 2006.
