Agency (USEPA) published notice (47 Fed . Reg . 30480) of the adoption

of amendments to the following New Source Performance Standards

:

Appendix A, Reference Method 20 - Determination of

Nitrogen, Sulfur Dioxide, and Oxygen Emissions From

Stationary Gas Turbines ; 40 C .F .R. Part 60 (Rule 951)

.

These amendments correct and clarify the final version of

Method 20, Appendix A which was published in the Federal Register

on September 10, 1979 (45 Fed . Reg . 52801)

.

On July 23, 1982, USEPA published notice (47 Fed . Reg

.

31876) of the adoption of an amendment to New Source Performance

Standards : Subpart A--General Provisions ; §60.16--Priority

list; 40 C .F .R. Part 60. This amendment adds asphalt processing

locations in the source category previously listed as asphalt

roofing plants in the priority list (Rule 901)

.

Pursuant to Section 9 .1 of the Environmental Protection

Act, the Board hereby adopts the above-noted amendments to

Rules 901 and 951 of Part IX of Chapter 2 : Air Pollution .
