HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 18, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant will send a corrected proposed stipulation and settlement
agreement to respondent. If the agreement is filed with the Board before the next status
conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 29, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
