HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 11, 2006, complainant filed a motion to withdraw its motion to strike affirmative
defenses. The motion states that respondent’s amended answer and amended affirmative
defenses addressed the reasons for complainant’s motion to strike. Accordingly, the motion is
granted.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 12, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
