During my review of the below NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULES, it was noted in line 13)C) that
Registered Professional Geologist was not listed . Since about 1/3 to 2/3rds of the Potable Water Supply
Well Surveys are performed by geologists, this profession should be included in the rule
.
If you aren't the person that can make the appropriate change, would it be possible to submit this e-mail
to the the person or committee that can make the change. Thank you for your help, and if you have any

C) Types of Professional skills necessary for compliance : Compliance with this proposed Rule may
require the assistance of an attorney, certified public accountant, chemist, and registered professional
engineer .
IT SHOULD READ "may require the assistance of an attorney, certified public accountant,
chemist, registered professional engineer, and REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL GEOLOGIST" .
