    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On May 16, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondent’s noise expert is expected to submit his report within the
    next 30 days. Complainant will need time to discuss the results with his own noise
    expert, and decide if further discovery is needed.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 15, 2006. The telephone status conference will be
    initiated by the complainant.
