RESOLUTION AND ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Chairman Dumelle)

On April 4, 1980 the United States Environmental Protection
Agency published notice (45 Fed. Reg. 23374) of the adoption of
the following amendments to the New Source Performance Standards
:
1 .
Subpart A- General Provisions, 40 C .F .R. §60 .11
(compliance with standards and maintenance
requirements) ;
2 .
Subpart K- Standards of performance for storage
vessels for petroleum liquids constructed after
June 11, 1973 and prior to May 19, 1978, 40 C .F .R .
§§110-113
;
3 .
Subpart Ka- Standards of performance for storage
vessels for petroleum liquids constructed after
May 19, 1978, 40 C .F .R. §§110a-115a
.
Pursuant to Section 9 .1 of the Illinois Environmental
Protection Act, the Board hereby adopts the above noted
amendments as amendments to Part IX of Chapter 2 : Air Pollution .
